Pulse To Tone Music Shipping Policy
At Pulse To Tone Music, we take great care in packing and shipping every order so your records arrive safely and in the condition they deserve. Because we’re an independent shop handling each order by hand, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and fulfillment before your package ships.
If, for any reason, we expect delays beyond that window, we’ll post updates on our social media channels so our customers are always informed and up to date.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
We ship Monday through Friday with a daily cut off time of 2 PM (EST). Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be fulfilled the next available business day.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, or UPS Ground at our discretion. Because of this, your order should generally arrive within 10 days from checkout.
International Orders & Customs
At this time, Pulse To Tone Music does not ship outside of the United States.
Using Forwarding Services
If you choose to ship your order to a third-party forwarding service, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages once they have been delivered to that service. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.
